How Overwatch 2 sensitivity converts
In Overwatch 2 the value is in Options → Controls, under the mouse sensitivity setting. Heroes can also have their own sensitivity.
Overwatch 2 turns 0.0066° per mouse count, the same scale as Overwatch 1 and Call of Duty. That is 3.33 times smaller than CS2, so CS2 sens × 3.33 = Overwatch sens.
Scoped heroes like Widowmaker and Ashe use a separate zoomed sensitivity setting. This converter matches hip-fire sens.

Multiply your Valorant sensitivity by 10.61. For example, 0.4 in Valorant is 4.242 in Overwatch 2.
Is Overwatch 2 sensitivity the same as Overwatch 1?
Yes, the scale did not change between the games.
Is Overwatch sensitivity the same as Call of Duty?
The base scale is the same (0.0066° per count), so the same number gives the same hip-fire turn. Check the 360° turn in each game if you use non-default settings.
